Product Overview
The MNS-type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is an advanced low-voltage switchgear developed by our company, designed with reference to and improved upon the foreign MNS series low-voltage switchgear, in response to the needs of the power industry’s development. This product complies with both national and international standards.
MNS-type low-voltage switchgear is suitable for a wide range of power supply and distribution needs and can be extensively used in low-voltage distribution systems in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, office buildings, hotels, municipal infrastructure projects, and other applications.
Model and Meaning

Product Features
●The switchgear cabinet frame adopts a modular structure, with the basic skeleton assembled from C-shaped steel sections. All structural components of the cabinet frame are galvanized and fastened together to form the basic framework using self-tapping locking screws or 8.8-grade hexagonal bolts.
●The internal structure of the cabinet has been galvanized; alternatively, it can also be manufactured using aluminum-zinc coated sheets and features modular installation (1E = 25 mm).
●The switchgear compartments can be divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms, and cable rooms. Each compartment’s function is relatively independent, yet the areas are strictly separated by metal or flame-retardant panels that provide continuous barriers between them, ensuring operational safety and preventing the spread of accidents.
●The busbar is protected by a high-strength, flame-retardant, and highly insulating plastic functional panel that features arc-fault protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation and maintenance.
●The MCC cabinet drawers are available in the following specifications: 8E/4, 8E/2, 8E, 16E, and 24E (IE = 25 mm). Each drawer has five positions: connection position, test position, disconnection position, moving position, and separation position. Each drawer is equipped with a mechanical interlock mechanism that ensures the drawer can only be pulled out or inserted when the switch is in the disconnection position.
