Civil and Industrial Construction Field
The Industrial and Civil Construction Department primarily serves major branded real estate developers and large-scale construction projects. Currently, the real estate companies we collaborate with include well-known developers such as Far East Property, Evergrande Real Estate, Greenland Group, China Resources Land, Zhongliang Real Estate, Country Garden, Hailunburg Real Estate, Poly Real Estate, Hengfeng Real Estate, and Agile Property.
Power industry sector
With the support of national policies and the continued overall development of the power industry, China’s power industry has been growing rapidly and covers a wide range of sectors. As technology advances, power generation companies, grid operators, and enterprises in industries with high electricity demand are increasingly seeking differentiated power automation solutions that feature intelligence, remote monitoring, and multi-functionality. As a result, the power supply industry is expected to maintain a relatively high level of prosperity for an extended period.
Infrastructure sector
Infrastructure construction touches upon various aspects of people's livelihoods, including culture, sports, education, science and technology, healthcare, and administrative offices. As China’s economy continues to grow, people’s demand for spiritual well-being—such as health, leisure, and entertainment—will only increase. However, there remains a gap compared to developed countries, and the distribution of resources is uneven. Taking healthcare as an example, China’s per capita medical resources fall below the levels seen in developed countries, and urban residents enjoy more than 2.5 times the medical resources available to rural residents (the three regions with the most abundant resources are Beijing, Shanghai, and Tianjin). Consequently, the focus of the infrastructure construction industry will gradually shift from first-tier cities—driven by their “spillover effects”—to second- and third-tier cities, thereby boosting the development of the infrastructure construction market in these smaller cities.
New energy field
Faced with increasingly severe environmental challenges, vigorously developing renewable energy has become a global consensus. In recent years, driven by supportive policies, China’s new-energy industry has continued to thrive. The new-energy sector has entered a stage of large-scale development and utilization, with its installed capacity leading the world. Whether it’s photovoltaic, wind power, or smart microgrids, it is essential to maximize overall power-generation efficiency and reduce operating costs—while ensuring the system operates safely and stably—to ultimately achieve grid parity. In the future, the focus of the new-energy industry’s development will be on promoting technological advancement and strengthening distributed energy utilization. Through technological innovation and strategic realignment, we can ensure the sustained and healthy growth of the new-energy industry and continuously optimize the energy landscape.
