The main structure of the GGD switchgear is constructed using high-corrosion-resistant aluminum-zinc coated steel profiles and plates.

In addition to being used in power distribution systems for industrial and mining enterprises, this product has also been widely adopted in residential communities and high-rise buildings in urban areas.

●The enclosure of the GGD-type AC low-voltage switchgear is constructed using a modular cabinet frame made of 8MF cold-formed steel, which is locally welded and assembled. The frame components and specialized matching parts are supplied by designated manufacturers of structural steel to ensure the precision and quality of the switchgear enclosure.

●The components of the universal cabinet are designed based on modular principles and feature mounting holes with a modulus of 20, resulting in a high degree of versatility.

●The cabinet doors are connected to the frame via hinge-type movable hinges, making installation and removal convenient. All edges of the doors are fitted with U-shaped rubber-plastic strips. When the door is closed, these strips undergo a certain amount of compression between the door and the frame, effectively preventing direct impact between the door and the cabinet body and enhancing the door’s protection level. The instrument doors housing electrical components are connected to the frame using multi-strand soft copper wires. The mounting components inside the cabinet are secured to the frame with knurled screws, thereby forming a complete grounding protection circuit throughout the entire cabinet.
