The HXGN15-12 box-type fixed AC metal-clad switchgear is a new-generation metal-clad switchgear featuring sulfur hexafluoride switches as the main switching devices and employing air insulation throughout the entire cabinet. It is designed for distribution automation, offering a compact yet expandable solution. This switchgear boasts features such as simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking, and convenient installation. It can provide satisfactory technical solutions tailored to various application scenarios and diverse customer requirements.
The adoption of sensing technology and the latest microprocessor-based protection systems, combined with advanced technical performance and a lightweight, flexible installation approach, can fully meet the ever-changing demands of the market.
The main switches of the HXGN15-12 box-type V-fixed AC metal-clad switchgear are model FLN36 and model FLN48, respectively. SF 6 Load switches, ABB original SFG type, can also be equipped with ABB original VD4/S or HD4/S circuit breakers and VS1 circuit breakers according to the user’s requirements.
Main uses
●The HXGN15-12 box-type fixed AC metal-clad switchgear is suitable for AC power systems with a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 12 kV. It is widely used in industrial and civil cable ring networks as well as at the end-of-line power supply installations.
● Particularly suitable for the following locations: urban residential distribution networks, small secondary substations, switchgear stations, industrial and mining enterprises, shopping malls, airports, subways, wind power generation facilities, hospitals, stadiums, railways, tunnels, and more.
Normal operating conditions
● Altitude ≤ 1000 m. (Special requirements can be noted at the time of order.)
● Ambient temperature: -25℃ to +40℃
● The average daily relative humidity shall not exceed 95%; the average monthly relative humidity shall not exceed 90%.
● Seismic resistance: Grade 8;
● Places free from severe vibration and impact, as well as locations with risks of fire, chemical corrosion, or explosion.
