XL-21 Series Low-Voltage Power Distribution Cabinet
Category: Low-voltage power distribution box
Scope of application
The XL-21 series low-voltage power distribution cabinet is designed for use in three-phase four-wire power systems with AC 50 Hz, rated voltage up to 660 V, and transformers rated at 100 kVA or less. It is suitable for power distribution and lighting applications in hotels, hospitals, commercial districts, and industrial and mining enterprises. The cabinet is capable of providing electrical control for motors ranging from 0.52 to 75 kW at a voltage of 380 V, as well as for lighting systems. This product can also be used in other applications requiring similar power distribution functions. The product features flexible circuit configurations, convenient combination options, strong applicability, and a novel structural design. Its enclosure has an ingress protection rating of up to IP30.
Product symbol: IC60439.1-1999 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment"; GB7251.1-2005 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment."
Model and Meaning

Operating environment conditions
1. The altitude does not exceed 2,000 meters.
2. The ambient temperature and the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed +40℃, with an average temperature not exceeding +35℃ over a 24-hour period, and the surrounding air temperature shall not be lower than -10℃.
3. The air must not contain excessive dust, acids, salts, corrosive gases, or explosive gases. The relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40℃; at lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is permissible—for example, up to 90% at temperatures below +20℃. It should be noted that occasional condensation may occur due to temperature fluctuations.
4. If users have special requirements, they may negotiate with the manufacturer to find a solution.
Structural features
1. The power distribution box may only be packed and transported after passing inspection. Upon arrival at the destination, first check whether the container is intact. If the power distribution box is not installed immediately, store the product in a dry and clean location.
2. The power distribution box can be installed according to the installation drawing. The base channel steel and screws shall be provided by the user. If cables are to be connected via cable outlets, the user shall bury the base channel and anchor bolts, as well as construct the cable trench.
3. After installation or maintenance, the power distribution box must undergo a series of inspections and tests before being put into operation.
(1) Check whether the internal electrical equipment and wiring conform to the schematic diagram.
(2) Check and operate the switch several times to see whether it is flexible and functions properly.
(3) Check and test whether all meters and relays operate accurately.
