Product Overview

The JP integrated distribution box is a new type of comprehensive control box manufactured by our company, integrating power distribution, metering, protection, control, and reactive power compensation into a single unit. As rural grid upgrades continue to deepen, a large number of JP cabinets have been deployed in rural power lines and various distribution substations. The JP cabinet has been designed to meet the requirements of standardization, miniaturization, and outdoor installation for low-voltage distribution equipment in rural areas. It combines distribution, metering, protection (including overload, short-circuit, leakage, and snow protection), and capacitive reactive power compensation into one compact unit.

Product Features

●The enclosure features a galvanized angle steel frame covered with stainless steel plates. The enclosure surface has no dazzling reflections. The cabinet structure is assembled from aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets that have undergone multiple folding and edge-processing steps, ensuring sufficient strength and rigidity.

●The device’s functional units are divided into five parts: the metering unit, the terminal unit, the control and protection unit, the lightning protection and grounding protection unit, and the reactive power compensation unit.

●The metering room is equipped with electricity meters and data collection devices, and can be completely separated from other compartments. The room door can be sealed with lead seals and lock seals to prevent electricity theft.

● Fully functional, featuring both manual and automatic switching operation modes. Comprehensive protection functions include: overvoltage, overload, undervoltage, undercurrent, short circuit, phase failure, and zero-sequence overlimit protection.

● Quick response, excellent compensation performance, and reliable operation.
