  The GTXGN-12-SIS3 solid-insulated, fully enclosed medium-voltage switchgear offers a comprehensive range of solutions, including circuit breaker-based line protection, transformer protection, load control, fuse-combination switchgear, PT power supply, bus tie enhancement, service transformers, and many other configurations. These solutions provide a perfect suite for upgrading and modernizing power grids and serve distribution network users effectively. The equipment is equipped with intelligent terminal station units to meet the requirements of smart grids. This product can be used as ring-network distribution equipment in power systems, as well as distribution equipment for industrial and mining enterprises and urban construction projects, boasting versatile and multifunctional characteristics.

  Solid-insulated, fully enclosed switchgear uses solid insulating materials as the primary insulation medium. It encapsulates single or combined main conductive circuits—including vacuum arc-extinguishing chambers, conductive connections, disconnect switches, earthing switches, main busbars, and branch busbars—within solid insulating enclosures to form one or more modules that possess complete insulation and full sealing capabilities and can be recombined or expanded as needed. The surfaces of these modules accessible to humans are coated with a conductive or semiconductive shielding layer and directly and reliably grounded; such modules are used in ring main units.

  All main circuit modules, which are touchable and accessible to a single person, are equipped with a grounding grid on their surface and coated with a conductive shielding layer, and are directly and reliably grounded. This eliminates risks during ineffective maintenance operations, ensuring absolute safety for users during operation and maintenance.

The connections of circuit breakers, disconnect switches, and busbars all utilize online monitoring technology and have been granted invention patents.

A new insulating encapsulation material—developed through an alloy synthesis process that incorporates a novel insulating material consisting of epoxy resin, rubber particles, spherical silica beads, strip-shaped silica particles, and silica micropowder, along with the addition of a shielding mesh—has been granted an invention patent.

The three-position isolating switch features a sealed, insulated enclosure that can be pressurized with dry air up to 0.04 MPa, preventing moisture from entering the interior and causing condensation. It is also equipped with a pressure gauge for continuous monitoring of the internal pressure, helping to prevent leaks that could allow humid air to seep in and trigger internal condensation.

The medium-voltage system is fully protected against the effects of harsh environmental conditions (such as pollution, corrosive gases, condensation, humidity, dust, and more). This significantly reduces the likelihood of arc formation, extends the expected service life, and ensures the highest level of reliability under all circumstances.
