Product Description
The SRM6-12 type inflatable SF6 metal-enclosed fully insulated ring main unit switchgear, independently developed and manufactured by our company, has successfully passed the type tests conducted by the National High-Voltage Electrical Apparatus Testing Center. Widely used in 10kV/6k distribution systems, it is the preferred switching equipment for substations and distribution systems serving various urban and rural users.
The switchgear adopts a modular unit design, allowing for flexible combinations based on different application requirements. It comprises two main categories: fixed-unit assemblies and expandable units, meeting the need for compact switchgear that offers flexible use in various substations.
The SRM6-12 inflatable switchgear is a fully sealed system in which all live components and switching devices are enclosed within a stainless steel housing. The entire switching unit is completely insulated from external environmental conditions, thereby ensuring operational reliability and personal safety while achieving maintenance-free operation. By selecting expandable busbars, any combination can be realized, making the system fully modular. The expandable busbars feature safe insulation and shielding, further enhancing reliability and safety. Moreover, the SRM6-12 inflatable switchgear can also provide TV-based automated solutions, embodying the concept of intelligent switching and minimizing on-site installation and commissioning efforts.
The SRM6-12 inflatable switchgear is available in two standard configurations: a non-expandable standard configuration and an expandable standard configuration. Thanks to its combination of full modules and half modules, as well as its inherent scalability, it boasts exceptionally high flexibility.
The SRM6-120 inflatable switch complies with GB standards. Its designed service life under indoor conditions (20℃) exceeds 30 years.

Normal operating conditions
SRM6 is suitable for a variety of environments, including high and low temperatures (+40℃ to -40℃), humid conditions, dusty environments, saline pollution, mining sites, and high altitudes (1000 meters). Short-term immersion lasting up to 24 hours will not affect its performance.
