This series is widely used in indoor and outdoor settings, including urban power grid upgrades, residential communities, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining facilities, hotels, shopping malls, airports, railways, oilfields, docks, highways, and temporary power supply installations.

The enclosure materials include stainless steel alloys, aluminum alloys, cold-rolled steel sheets, color-coated steel sheets, tile-covered surfaces, wood-strip-covered surfaces, new eco-friendly materials, and even surfaces featuring watercolor paintings—options are available to suit various preferences.

● Diverse styles: available in universal, villa-style, and compact designs;

● The high-voltage ring main unit can be equipped with a network automation terminal (FTU) to reliably detect short-circuit and single-phase ground fault conditions, featuring “four-remote” functions for easy upgrade of distribution network automation.

 

Operating environment conditions

● Altitude not exceeding 1000 m;

● Ambient temperature: -25℃ to 40℃;

● Relative humidity: The daily average shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly average shall not exceed 90%.

● Installation Location: The installation site must be free from fire hazards, explosion risks, conductive dust, chemically corrosive gases, and severe vibrations. If the conditions exceed the above specifications, users may negotiate with our company.

This series is widely used in indoor and outdoor settings, including urban power grid upgrades, residential communities, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining facilities, hotels, shopping malls, airports, railways, oilfields, docks, highways, and temporary power supply installations.

 

High-voltage side

High-voltage protection in intelligent integrated substations typically employs a combination of load switches and fuse cutouts. Once a fuse in one phase trips, the three phases will trip simultaneously via interlocked operation. Load switches are available in various types, including pneumatic, vacuum, and sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) models, and can be equipped with electric operating mechanisms to enable automated upgrades. The fuses used are high-voltage current-limiting fuses equipped with impactors, ensuring reliable operation, high breaking capacity, and compliance with the key technical parameters listed in the table. For transformers rated above 800 kVA, vacuum circuit breakers such as ZN12, ZN28, and VSI can be selected for protection.

 

Low-pressure side

The main switch on the low-voltage side adopts either a universal-type or intelligent circuit breaker for selective protection. The outgoing-line switches are new-style molded-case circuit breakers that feature compact size and short arc duration, with up to 30 circuits per unit. The intelligent automatic reactive power compensation device offers two switching modes—contactor-based and contactless—for user selection.

 

Transformer
The intelligent integrated substation uses low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed transformers from the S9, S10, and S11 series. Alternatively, resin-insulated or NOMEX-paper-insulated, environmentally friendly dry-type transformers can also be selected. The transformer is equipped with a trolley at the bottom, allowing for easy loading and unloading.

This product complies with the following standards: GB/T17467-2010 "High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substations"; DL/T537-93 "Technical Specifications for Ordering 6-35kV Box-Type Substations."
